All orders are processed and shipped within 3-4 working days of receiving your payment*
*In cases where you are requesting delivery to a different address to the billing address, we will often call the registered card holder to verify that it is ok to do so. This is for no other reason than to clamp down on fraudulant activity. If this occurs there may be a delay in processing your order
This can take between 10-25 working days for delivery and will be delivered in the airmail. This is the most cost effective way as Import Regulations are not as strict and will usually not include any Import Tax*. Please be aware that the above times are only an approximation and may even take longer than 25 days. This is unfortunately beyond our control and we will not be responsible for late deliveries.
* Any Import Tax that is charged by the courier is the responsibility of the recipient of the goods and will not be reimbursed by Boat-ua.
Express Fedex, TNT or EMS
This can take between 2-6 working days for delivery and will be delivered by either UPS, TNT or Fedex. This method may be subject to Import Tax* that will be charged when your goods enter the destination country. You may be contacted by either Fedex, TNT or EMS advising that there is an additional charge which will need to be paid prior to the goods being delivered. If you are unsure about any aspects of this please contact us.
We guarantee your order will be delivered successfully.
All deliveries will require a signature from the recipient upon delivery.
It is essential you provide a full, accurate shipping address, and a valid delivery phone number. Boat-ua are not responsible for any non-delivery due to incorrect information being supplied. You may also incur additional charges for goods to be re-directed which will not be reimbursed by Boat-ua.
Worldwide Shipping and Legality
We offer shipping worldwide to almost all locations on the planet.
Please note that you are responsible for finding out in advance about the legality of importing your ordered items in your country - and about the legalities of importing goods into your country per se. We are not responsible for confiscated items by your local authorities or any associated costs incurred.
Customs clearance is carried out by the buyer in the country of destination of delivery (and in certain cases, in the en-route country). You must be available for contact by them, in the event of any query or clearance confirmation. You are responsible for knowing the regulations in your delivery country before placing your order.
